Below is our best estimate of first quarter 2001 line levels.  As of this writing, there is still uncertainty about the plan for 2001.  As you can imagine, recent operational issues coupled with general uncertainties about 2001 have made planning for next year extremely difficult.  However, we thought we'd give it a shot with the information we have.  Keep in mind that all this can change at a moment's

Here are some highlights.  You'll note that the B747-238s are gone.  The last B747 base (SFO) will close this December.  With the retirement of our DC 1 0 fleet, the ANC domicile will close January 31.  The ORD DC10 domicile is planned to close March 2. As for the B747-400s, they remain stable through the first quarter.  SFO B777 lines are increasing to accommodate increased an earlier this year, and A320 lines continue to grow as the fleet expands.  If you haven't heard, we plan to consolidate B727 flying into ORD and DEN.  The SFO B727 base closes Oct. 31, with DCA and JFK B727s expected to close in the first and second quarters, respectively, of 2001.  There are no major changes in the B767, B737-300 B737 or Shuttle, and their line levels remain relatively constant.
